And I live in a city that has issues even electing a Gay councilman. What sad is he is the most qualified in his particular runoff, and has been on PLanning and zoning for years, yet I have heard people say (I'm not Kidding) "he'll try to force his gay values on us"

Unfortunately, there's no way it will ever happen in Texas. And that, my friends, makes me very sad. We're such a backwards state!
