Frankly, I've been a nervous wreck for the past week or so, not least because Mr. Abbie The Cat snuck out of his house in Somerville and was missing for several days. I am weeping relieved to report that he returned home today, to the great relief of his human (s) and the rest of us in (and outside of) the area who have been assisting with and/or rooting for Mr. The Cat's safe recovery.
In other news, I am looking for a job in the spare 5 minutes I have each day when I'm not at work, eating, or snoozing. Or reading blogs. Please, if you are in need of a fabulous and talented student affairs professional and you have lots of money to pay me, click on the "E-mail Me" link in the left column and make me an offer I can't refuse.. Thank you and goodnight.

Posted by: TJ on February 13, 2008 12:11 PMOh, honey. Please come to Utah. We'd love to have you here. And, you would be wonderful with our students (seriously).
Also, I have an "in" with the Jewish community (yes, you read that correctly).
And, you'd be closer to the formerly-blogging-sister ...
I'm just sayin'
Posted by: tomorrow on February 13, 2008 03:22 PMUH just fired its Athletic Director ("without cause," despite there being multiple causes -- the law is a funny thing). Wanna be responsible for a $22M budget?
Posted by: Linkmeister on February 14, 2008 02:35 PMI have an opening as a sidekick. Room and board is thrown in. I know where the Jewish Community Center is located and I can make kugel.
Posted by: KarenZipdrive on February 15, 2008 12:42 PMdon't know if this is the kind of job you're seeking: http://www.berklee.edu/hr/jobs_public_detail.php?id=1244
Posted by: Amy on February 16, 2008 06:49 PMCome on out to California. I need a personal assistant. I don't pay very much, but the benefits are good: drinking on the job is completely acceptable, sleeping late and arriving late are encouraged, walks at the beach are mandatory. Ok, so I don't offer heath insurance, and you probably won't be able to afford your rent, but you know what they say: "Don't sweat the small stuff!"
Posted by: DogsDontPurr on February 16, 2008 08:10 PMI'm looking for a job, too. Wish I HAD loads of money. Good luck to you!
